John and his assistant were so polite, courteous, and professional when they came to service my 1st level gas fireplace that I had them come back to help install a second one in my basement!

Our pilot was not staying lit and fireplace area had not been cleaned or serviced for several years. They fixed pilot light and thoroughly cleaned and serviced the equipment including repainting some of the parts.
